金屬剪切機的保養注意事項：
（1）每星期一次將機器料箱內的廢屑或臟物清除。
（2）每月一次將滑板與中刀及前頂刀清潔保養潤滑做一次。
（3）每三個月一次除將以上兩個保養做過后,再將所有軸承處添加潤滑油。
（4）每兩年一次補充減速機輪箱內機油。
（5）須注意幾個零件不可加油： 一送退帶滾輪，二所有皮帶，三打滑片及周圍。
（6）每次加油時，應當適量，不可過量添加，以免微開關因浸油而產生故障。
