2010年年底河南省平頂山市消防支隊營區內一輛18米多功能破拆消防車交付使用。該車由沈陽捷通消防車有限公司出產，采用國際提高前輩的電液比例控制閥，負載敏感反饋變量泵，無線遙控控制系統。集液壓破碎機，液壓剪切機、金屬剪切機，水罐消防車、舉高噴射消防車功能為一體。本破拆車采用德國梅賽德斯疾馳ACTROS3341型柴油底盤作為下車、上車采用回轉，直伸臂加折臂結構。各運念頭構均采用電器控制液壓驅動的方式，具有操縱簡便、動作靈活、安全可靠、實用性強等特點，適合泛博城鄉的實際需要。因為上車采用直伸臂加雙折臂（中臂、小臂）的有效結合，可將破拆輔具送到某些有限空間進行各種功課，極大地擴展了該車的功課范圍。多種液壓破拆輔具的裝備，拓展了車輛的使用功能。
消防功課良多時候都必需使用必要的用具和設備，在一些消防功課中假如有些被折彎的鋼板等物件的時候，公道利用剪切機，能進步搶救效率，拯救更多的生命。
