1、半自動操作
將旋鈕開關扳于“半自動”位置，啟動油泵電機按鈕，再按合蓋按鈕，即可自動完成一次工作循環。
2、手動操作
將選擇開關撥于“手動”位置，啟動油泵電機按鈕，按壓相應的控制按鈕，廢鋼打包機可實現相應的單動作。并在完成本動作后自動停止作業。其步驟程序為：合蓋→側缸前進，加壓→主缸前進，加壓延時→側門打開，推出包塊→回程。
3、未經學習《液壓打包機安全操作規程》者，不得開動廢鋼打包機。
4、當機器出現漏油或在工作中發生其它不正常現象時，應立即停車。分析原因并設法排除故障，不得帶病運轉。
5、機器運轉時, 嚴禁用手撫摸運動部分，嚴禁將手、腳等放在壓縮池上或機身蓋板上。
6、對泵、閥等部件進行調整時，應由有經驗的技師進行。
8、機器嚴禁超負荷使用。
9、機器在維修，調試和非正常生產過程中，蓋必須在極限位置，方可調試其它動作。
10、油箱內之油液必須經過嚴格過濾，并應保持足夠油量，油箱每半年清洗更換新油一次，每半年檢驗壓力表一次。若發現損壞應立即檢查修理或更換新表。
11、每次打完包后應及時清理壓縮室內及料池內碎銅，以防不同牌號的角料混雜。
12、長時間不用或上線停電后應使按鈕回復零位，拉下閘刀。

10, the oil tank must be strict filtering, and should maintain enough oil, tank cleaning replace the new oil once every six months, the test pressure gauge once every six months. If found damaged should immediately check repair or replace the new table.
